EDCC offers basic firearms training in several disciplines. State of the
art courses designed by the National Rifle Association (NRA) are
featured, and we can also design custom courses to address your special
needs.
Listed below are several of the NRA certifications offered by EDCC. If
you don't see something that you're interested in, call us and we'll explain
what we can do for you.
NRA Basic Firearms Training Courses are just what the name says. These
are BASIC courses designed for beginners and folks who have a limited
understanding of guns. Frequently, families and friends join a class as an
activity, even though one or more members may already have a firearms
background. We get really great feedback from those groups. Everyone
who participates in a class learns something. The classes are fun, and
safety is everyone's business. All classes are taught by NRA Certified
Instructors.
Experts recognize that third party instruction using leading methods can
often be more productive than family teaching family or friends teaching
friends. The NRA has developed these training methods over more than
130 years. They are the best available. NRA membership is not required
to participate in a class.
